Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Staff Chief.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with the Executive Team to streamline strategic initiatives and communicating objectives
- Supporting the CEO to advance the organizations priorities
- Acting as an advisor, problem solver, and all-around strategic partner to develop a plan to meet organization goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master's Degree in Economy, Psychology, management or related fields,
- 10 years' experience, and 5 years' of supervisory experience
- Experience in supporting effective decision-making processes
- Experience in managing special projects for an organization
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
