Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Staff Engineer Tech Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive the design & architecture of the next generation VMC-on-AWS networking functionalities
  • Design & develop software in C/C++ and Python for the VMC-on-AWS platform
  • Collaborate with project team members and multi-functional product teams to execute product goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent field
  • Excellent coding skills in C/C++ and Python
  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong competency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming & software design
  • Deep understanding of operating systems, inter-process communication(IPC) and concurrency mechanisms
  • Strong understanding and experience in L2/L3 networking technologies and protocols
