Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is seeking a Remote Staff Engineer Telco R and D in Palo Alto.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deliver telco grade VMware Integrated OpenStack product, continue adding new features to satisfy customer requirements
- Design innovative software and solution to manage, orchestrate and automate cloud native networks
- Resolve complex technical issues and architecting/developing reliable, scalable, secure and high performing software
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Golang
- OpenStack development experience is desired
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker & cloud native application development platforms
- Capable of architecting complex software solutions and manage complex customer facing technical projects
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and working a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrable experience designing/implementing virtualization platforms and/or service provider network environments
