Job Summary
A human resources service provider is seeking a Remote Program Management Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and guide program scope, workflows and processes across International Expansion
- Provide program management support on complex projects
- Own programs end-to-end from ideation to execution
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-7 years experience with at least 2-3 years in leading program management
- Proven expertise in developing and directly implementing comprehensive program plans
- Excellent skills in process mapping, visualisation, forecasting, resource planning, business analysis, data modelling, desk research and market intelligence
