Remote Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to build a new product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft enterprise workflows and interface solutions with a human-centric approach
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Managers, Engineers, and Design team members to create efficient workflows and intuitive interface solutions
• Advocate and assert design concepts throughout the organization, promoting a persuasive design perspective in discussions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of demonstrated product design experience for complex workflow tools, SaaS, or healthcare products
• Expertise in Figma
• Experience designing and shipping products from 0 to 1
• A portfolio showcasing work examples and detailed case studies that demonstrate the design process
• Effective presentation skills in research report outs and ability to articulate design decisions convincingly
