Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Staff Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building deep domain knowledge of Checkr’s background check product, as well as empathy for both internal and external users
• Taking the long view, evaluate Checkr’s existing background check platform and various screenings to identify big-picture challenges and opportunities
• Work with various product teams to develop a cohesive vision and strategy for orchestration across screenings

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years experience as a product manager, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
• Passion for problem solving, especially in problem spaces with high degrees of system complexity
• History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, ever-evolving environments
• Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment
