Job Summary

A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote Staff Software Development Engineer in McLean.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Deriving test scenarios from Jira stories and pull requests
Building and verifying automated test cases using the best tool for the job
Automating and Executing the tests in a CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications for this position include:

6+ years in programming using JavaScript, Ruby or Python
5+ years in CI/CD environment - tools like Jenkins, Travis-CI, Circle-CI
5+ years Test Automation and Techniques
Experience in automated testing web services (RESTFul APIs) using JavaScript or Python
Experience in automated testing system processes on Linux, Windows, or Mac
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem solving in a distributed software environment
