Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is seeking a Remote Staff Software Development Engineer in Test.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with our security team, product managers & our customers to understand & model their vision & requirements
- Developing testing programs that address areas such as software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, etc
- Participating in product design reviews to provide input on requirements, designs, and cost
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in QA
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Proven work experience in software development and quality assurance
- Proficient knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Ruby, Java and/or Javascript
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Databases
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
