  • Mentoring developers in their career and technical skills
  • Setting standards for our engineering and technology approach across multiple teams

Required Skills:

  • Travel to fun locations across the country for all-company gatherings and team meetings
  • Experience leading projects for web apps and services at scale
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
  • Exposure and interest in full-stack development
  • Experience with direct usage of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL
  • Deep experience building experiences with Ruby or Elixir, or Javascript
