Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Staff Software Engineer Technical Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Scope and lead large technical projects on a modern tech stack
  • Build beautiful, scalable solutions to make the people analytics experience for CPOs
  • Apply hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience working in large codebases
  • 2+ years of experience leading a complex project end-to-end, or in a tech lead
  • Experience building modern web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, or similar
  • Can detect and resolve issues before they become problems
