Job Summary
A boarding services company has a current position open for a Remote Staff Technical Payments Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing program structure and objectives, and driving alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Providing visibility into key performance indicators, so leaders know risks and opportunities
- Increasing team productivity by identifying and removing obstacles and keeping processes lean
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree, 8+ years of experience as a TPM, with 7-10 years of industry experience
- Familiar with backend service development and service-oriented architecture
- Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise
- Exhibit knowledge of Jira or other equivalent task management tooling
- Prior experience in payments, financial systems, and regulated products in tech, is a plus
