Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Staff to CFO Deputy Chief.
Must be able to:
- Enable teams to ensure business OKRs and KPIs are met
- Support the Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
- Compile special reports, ad hoc presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to spin-up processes and make decisions utilizing data
- Have direct experience with OKR measurement and management to meet business goals
- Prior experience with leadership teams, project management and/or operations experience
- Have proven experience to do whatever it takes to get the job done
