A cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote Staff UX Website Researcher 4.
Must be able to:
- Own and drive the research strategy for Website
- Generate insights that both fuel ideation and inspire world-class design
- Help the team ask the right questions, and bring them along in discovering practical and insightful answers
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of industry research experience
- Experience working on both product and marketing related experiences
- Mastery of a comprehensive toolkit of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to come up with creative research solutions as needed
- Proven track record of impactful research that drives great insights and experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of solid connections and successful relationships
