Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Staffing Industry National Account Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing proposals, gaining closure on deals, and negotiating contracts
  • Achieving or exceeding defined sales targets by developing sales plan to achieve targets
  • Developing, refining, and executing the strategic plan to achieve sales targets

Position Requirements Include:

  • Perform lead generation activities with prospects and customers
  • Proven track record building relationships with MSP providers
  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience within the staffing industry
  • Experience selling to companies in the Life Sciences industry
  • Strong Consultative Sales Background
