Job Summary

A university has an open position for a Remote Staffing Optimization Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reporting deviations from planned schedules to departmental management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Assisting in the development of short-term and long-term volume forecasts
• Monitoring daily call outs, late arrivals, and early dismissals

Qualifications Include:

• A minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning
• A proven track record of progressive operations analysis experience
• Advanced understanding and experience using Excel, as well as the entire Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Cisco telephony products, and Verint
• Must possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented
