A boutique consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Staffing Resource Manager.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate staffing options and define the recommended direction
- Manage a team of staffing and analytics professionals
- Evaluate the staffing plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related field
- A minimum of 5 year’s experience in resource planning and role placement
- Experience in consulting operation services
- Resource planning and role placement for SAP or other large project implementations
- Advanced proficiency in knowledge in MS Office
- Ability to take large selections of data and summarize them into actionable data points
