Job Summary

A background screening company is filling a position for a Remote Staffing Vertical Sales Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating, modifying and gaining internal approval on all bid proposals
  • Coaching sales executives to ensure they master the sales methodology
  • Managing a team of sales executives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Willingness/flexibility to travel as required - up to 50%
  • 1-3 years of sales management experience
  • Strong track record of generating comprehensive solution sales results
  • BS/BA or equivalent required
  • 5-7 years of consultative sales in a best-in-class, progressive human capital, BPO- or technology-based industry
  • Strong record of negotiation and closing of new client sales
