Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Stage I HCFC Phase-Out Management Plan Evaluation Expert.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and documenting the results and lessons learned from various funding
- Following a participatory and consultative approach ensuring close engagement with all relevant stakeholders
- Reviewing all relevant sources of information - progress reports, national strategic and legal documents, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in natural resources management, sciences, environment, climate sciences, sustainable development, international development, public policy, social sciences, economics, public administration, finance or other closely related fields
- 10+ years of experience with results-based monitoring and evaluation methodologies, particularly with evaluating national strategies
- Proven capacity to produce high quality qualitative research and ability to absorb, analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex information within tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical, writing, presentation, and communications skills
