Job Summary
A clinical research organization has an open position for a Remote Standards Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Training and following internal and sponsor's standard operating procedures as applicable
- Managing the standards work flow change control process via the change control system
- Populating the metadata in the global library of the clinical data management system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, or international equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience using commercial clinical data management systems
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience
