Job Summary
A leading telehealth platform has a current position open for a Remote STAR Scheduler.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing daily reports and analyze provider schedules
- Reviewing visit notes and provider’s treatment plan
- Answering phones and schedule appointments
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2+ years in a medical practice conducting follow-up/scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong understanding of basic computer functions
- Experience troubleshooting with Windows and Macintosh products
