Job Summary

A branding agency has a current position open for a Remote Startup Sales Administration Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing Sales metrics and KPIs and report out on a regular cadence
• Creating/updating/modifying Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed in conjunction with management
• Establishing business routines and develop reporting to create awareness and visibility across the functions within the group

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in a related industry
• Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and tackle sophisticated business problems
• Proficient in BI and sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau)
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a “can do” demeanor and Agile mindset
• Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end
