Remote State and Federal Regulatory Affairs Director

Job Summary

An innovative products company has an open position for a Remote State and Federal Regulatory Affairs Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead state initiatives in an identified number of states and assists with the federal initiatives
• Implement the strategic plans in those states, including organizing and leading meetings
• Contribute to determining the annual DRE targets at the state and federal level

Qualifications for this position include:

• Travel: May include up to 35% domestic
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of seven (7) combined years working on state and/or federal healthcare policy
• Experience crafting healthcare policy positions and writing/interpreting legislative text preferred
• Work in a bipartisan fashion with elected officials and staff at the federal, state, and local levels preferred
