Remote State Licensed Clinical Programs Pharmacist

Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Remote State Licensed Clinical Programs Pharmacist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working directly with patients to bring their chronic conditions in control per speciality care
• Identifying and resolving drug therapy issues to optimize care and improve outcomes
• Training the team on pharmacotherapy and pharmacy practice related topics

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• A pharmacist with 3 or more years of clinical experience working in direct patient car
• Board certification preferred; applicable state licensure for selected states
• Can understand the barriers to medication adherence and know how to address them
• Are a clinical pharmacist; you take pride in knowing your medications from front to back
