Job Summary
A public benefit corporation is filling a position for a Remote States or Local Government Client Solutions Capture Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide end-to-end leadership and support for developing opportunities
- Build and support the story of the unique capabilities
- Monitor for how broad government needs are evolving over time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years developing solutions for state (or federal) clients
- Deep experience leading subject matter experts through end-to-end government contracting
- Experience with agile software development on large government programs
- Ability to build and form strong personal relationships internally and externally
- Ability to guide a multi-vendor team to a winning bid by providing structure
- A proven ability to establish order, calm, and accountability in the business development practice
