Job Summary

A global healthcare research and consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Statistical Analytics Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing support to the analytics’ team, leading scientists and other staff throughout the project life cycle
• Proactively addressing complex analytical issues
• Developing analytic approaches in alignment with key internal stakeholders that address data gaps

Required Skills:

• Proven extensive knowledge of various healthcare datasets and data types including claims, EMR, etc
• Demonstrated exceptional technical and problem-solving skills, including advanced statistical modeling and understanding SAS programming requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work in different types of datasets, analyze data tied to study designs, and interpret results in the context of peer reviewed publications
• Experience in managing resources and driving implementation of the analytic portion of project study designs
• Proven exceptional leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training teams
• Ability to work with the data manager to develop best practices and guidelines for the analytics team and assist in enforcement of these guidelines
