Job Summary
An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote STEM Customer Education Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for customer education throughout the customer life-cycle
- Expand the product knowledge of all PL team members
- Manage the creation and delivery of free onboarding, education, certification, and support resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- The job requires 25% travel, nationally
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field
- Tech savvy; ability to rapidly learn and apply new software and programs
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role in an edtech company or education
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
