Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote STEM Education Organization Field Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Attending program specific team meetings, including staff & program development meetings
  • Overseeing all program specific communication with Territory Leaders and PDPs
  • Creating unique program tools & resources that support PDPs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel expectations 10-25% of work time depending on time of year and season requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in nonprofit management, business, or related/equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in a customer-oriented role managing multiple stakeholder requirements
  • Proven success acting in a liaison capacity, working to meet the needs of multiple functional teams
