Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote STEM Education Organization Field Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Attending program specific team meetings, including staff & program development meetings
- Overseeing all program specific communication with Territory Leaders and PDPs
- Creating unique program tools & resources that support PDPs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel expectations 10-25% of work time depending on time of year and season requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in nonprofit management, business, or related/equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a customer-oriented role managing multiple stakeholder requirements
- Proven success acting in a liaison capacity, working to meet the needs of multiple functional teams
