Job Summary

A private, non-profit university has a current position open for a Remote STEM Programs Associate Dean.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring alignment with the mission and goals of the online programs
  • Recruiting, managing, and supporting faculty
  • Providing curriculum development and oversight

Qualifications Include:

  • Master’s degree in discipline or related discipline
  • 1 year of related experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in online education
  • Demonstrated experience making data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in the administration of online degree programs or faculty
