Job Summary

An Aerospace and defense company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote STEM Scholarship Program Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Engaging with scholarship recipients
• Partnering internally across all Business Areas
• Creating mentoring program that includes identification of vendor and technologies

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree
• Relevant HR work/internship experience
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and produce superior results under deadline pressure
• Desire to learn and engage at the executive level to broaden career perspective
• Ability to build effective relationships and balance interests of multiple stakeholders
