Remote Stewardship Manager

Job Summary

A non-profit contemporary music and performing arts college is seeking a Remote Stewardship Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in the preparation and sending of annual reports to donors
• Coordinating a gathering of the recipients of a high-profiled donor scholarship
• Assisting in the training and onboarding of the Assistant Director, Stewardship & Donor Relations

Required Skills:

• 4 years of experience in donor relations and stewardship at an educational institution or equivalent
• Proficiency in the use and understanding of relational databases
• Understanding of the fundamentals of philanthropy and the donor lifecycle
• Experience implementing systems and processes in the management of a high-performing donor relations team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
• Absolute discretion in the handling and maintenance of confidential donor files
