Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Stock Administration Manager in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning the vendor relationship with our stock plan services provider
  • Developing creative solutions for new and complex scenarios, and work on special projects
  • Owning domestic and international tax and share plan reporting responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • 7+ years of progressive experience and leadership in stock administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3+ years of lead or people management experience
  • CEP certification (CEP) or in the process of obtaining
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel skills required
