An electronics manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Stock Plan Administration Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Handle processing and record keeping
• Ensure all stock comp income and/or tax reporting is completed
• Maintain Carta system updates

Required Skills:

• 10 years experience in payroll and stock administration
• Understanding of payroll related labor laws
• Outstanding attention-to-detail, accuracy, and organization
• Must be able to support multiple projects simultaneously
