Job Summary
An online community for developers is seeking a Remote Stock Plan Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Administering equity program for all employees in the U.S. and overseas
- Working closely with the company’s Legal, Finance, Payroll, People, and other teams
- Managing general daily equity maintenance tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience in administration of equity programs
- Demonstrated expertise with equity programs, multiple equity award types, and transaction volume
- Minimum CEP Level I
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Carta
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize
