Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Stock Plan Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, management and partners.
- Support Total Rewards strategies and participate in compensation projects
- Assist efforts to implement and improve processes related to stock administration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, Finance, Accounting or other related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
- Capacity to be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities and be a collaborative team player
- Experience with confidentiality and access to sensitive information
- Ability to communicate with employees of all levels and explain stock options, RSUs, and ESPP details
