A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Stop Loss Underwriting Associate Director.

• Being accountable for leading a team of Senior Underwriters
• Developing and executing sound underwriting methodologies that support business objectives
• Developing and implementing business strategies, in collaboration with Product Development team, to drive partnership growth

Required Skills:

• Ability to work with a diverse range of people
• 5-10 years underwriting experience, preferably Stop Loss or Medical
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong operational background
• Strong relationship management, collaborative and influencing skills
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
