Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Being accountable for leading a team of Senior Underwriters
Developing and executing sound underwriting methodologies that support business objectives
Developing and implementing business strategies, in collaboration with Product Development team, to drive partnership growth

Required Skills:

Ability to work with a diverse range of people
5-10 years underwriting experience, preferably Stop Loss or Medical
Prior leadership experience
Strong operational background
Strong relationship management, collaborative and influencing skills
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
