Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Storage Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support and develop a team of 8+ engineers
• Own the engineering roadmap
• Partner with other engineering leaders in driving process changes

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to manage multiple projects from initial concept through delivery
• Track record of successfully delivering multiple complex concurrent projects
• Comfortable iterating with product/design from high level requirements to execution plan
• Familiarity with enterprise software and software as a service
• Strong background in partnering with recruiting
• Able to demonstrate attracting, closing, and retaining engineers at multiple levels
