Job Summary
A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Store Fulfillment Criteria Development Lead Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building fulfillment space criteria in service of future growth and the bi-annual long range plan
- Setting the Pickup and Ship from Store businesses up for success
- Engaging with upstream GSCL partners, formulating decision trees and order of operations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
- A four-year degree or experience in operations, business, finance, supply chain, or related discipline
- 6+ years of industry experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or retail operations
- Comfortable with ambiguity; an ability to manage and adjust to multiple priorities
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
- Experience working with AutoCAD or other drafting related software
