Job Summary

A retail company is filling a position for a Remote Store Services Supplies and MRO Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the contract life cycle of all spend categories for the Supplies and Store Services Divisions
• Developing effective multi-year negotiation strategies to enable success
• Working with complex cross functional teams and collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of procurement analytic, sourcing manager, planning, supply chain, or relevant experience
• Required experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
• Knowledge of global market analysis, sourcing category strategy, and supplier relationship management
• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership methodology
• Distributor/Supplier dynamics and business models
• Business ethics and Ethical Sourcing Requirements
