Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Store Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional service to Store buyers when they are in need of assistance
  • Responding to buyers' reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms in a polite, friendly tone
  • Collaborating with the Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams to ship branded merchandise to events around the world

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional support with positivity, empathy, and understanding for an e-commerce company
  • Have a technical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Keep customers top-of-mind and their happiness as your primary motivation
  • Be proactive, inventive and a natural problem-solver
  • Ask thoughtful questions and take action to come up with a solution
