Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Store Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing exceptional service to Store buyers when they are in need of assistance
- Responding to buyers' reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms in a polite, friendly tone
- Collaborating with the Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams to ship branded merchandise to events around the world
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional support with positivity, empathy, and understanding for an e-commerce company
- Have a technical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
