Job Summary
A customer experience company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating business revenue through assigned accounts and key customer prospects
- Ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction during the sales renewal process
- Presenting proposals to corporate decision makers for new or expanded business
Required Skills:
- Travel to business and customer locations, locally and/or nationally up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 15 years related experience in selling and positioning technical products and software solutions
- Direct strategic experience with Contact Center, CRM and Microsoft software solution sales
- Proven networking ability in addition to an ability to develop trusted working relationships
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
