Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Strategic Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with Channel, Marketing and your own network to build a healthy pipeline
  • Building a successful territory development strategy and execute on that strategy
  • Employing customer centric selling principles throughout the sales cycle

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience selling in a business to business model
  • Experience selling contact center solutions or customer service solutions a must
  • Experience selling cloud (SaaS) based solutions
  • Proven success within complex sales environments
  • Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with clients
  • Ability to analyze data and translate into professional sales presentations
