Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the approval of product releases
- Analyzing and monitoring client KPIs and coordinating resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Overseeing the core applications
Position Requirements Include:
- Present sales proposals
- 10+ years industry experience in Claims, Client Services, Project, Implementation or Strategic Account Management
- Capability to lead and manage large-scale initiatives with the largest clients
- Comprehensive knowledge of company products, services and culture
- Proven capability to develop and foster relationships with key client stakeholders
- Intimate knowledge of claims insurance industry, clients and client workflows
