A digital technologies company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Strategic Account Manager II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the approval of product releases
  • Analyzing and monitoring client KPIs and coordinating resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Overseeing the core applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • Present sales proposals
  • 10+ years industry experience in Claims, Client Services, Project, Implementation or Strategic Account Management
  • Capability to lead and manage large-scale initiatives with the largest clients
  • Comprehensive knowledge of company products, services and culture
  • Proven capability to develop and foster relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Intimate knowledge of claims insurance industry, clients and client workflows
