Job Summary

A digital platform for consumer lending company is seeking a Remote Strategic Account Technical Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensure the technical quality and health of the enterprise customer solution
  • Drive and measure customer value of complex solutions
  • Manage the quality of technical implementation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • 5+ years relevant experience with full lifecycle package software implementations
  • Experience leading and managing a complex enterprise-level technical implementation
  • Experience and comfortability interfacing with client technology and security leadership
  • Experience defining, developing and tracking key metrics
  • Ability to propose creative technical solutions to challenging problems
