A digital platform for consumer lending company is seeking a Remote Strategic Account Technical Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensure the technical quality and health of the enterprise customer solution
- Drive and measure customer value of complex solutions
- Manage the quality of technical implementation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- 5+ years relevant experience with full lifecycle package software implementations
- Experience leading and managing a complex enterprise-level technical implementation
- Experience and comfortability interfacing with client technology and security leadership
- Experience defining, developing and tracking key metrics
- Ability to propose creative technical solutions to challenging problems
