Job Summary
A privately-held software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Accounts Central Regional Director in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as player/coach in the execution of a complex, solution-based sales process
- Leading Central US Sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Playing leadership role in developing new business opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management of enterprise software
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated track record in leading Strategic SaaS sales teams to exceed quotas
- Proven ability to drive Strategic sales teams in executing land-and-expand sales strategies
- Bachelors (BA/BS) degree required
