Job Summary
An e-learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Accounts Client Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build open communication channels with key client stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities to enhance client’s existing contract
- Strategically plan, track and report on key performance indicators
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in client success and/or account management
- A successful track record of engagement with multiple customers and points of contact
- Client Success expertise along with knowledge of Talent Management, L&D, or HR products and services
