Job Summary

A compensation data platform provider is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Accounts Executive in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive all sales activity in that territory to achieve your annual goal
  • Build and execute on a territory plan in order to optimize top of funnel opportunities
  • Maintain a sales funnel 4x your quota while meeting and exceeding sales objectives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years consultative SaaS sales, preferably in the HR field
  • 5+ years’ experience focused on exclusively new business generation
  • 5+ years’ experience growing and owning an enterprise territory
  • Experience navigating a complex sales cycle through several buyers, influencers, and approvers
  • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally with Solutions Engineers
