Job Summary
A compensation data platform provider is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Accounts Executive in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive all sales activity in that territory to achieve your annual goal
- Build and execute on a territory plan in order to optimize top of funnel opportunities
- Maintain a sales funnel 4x your quota while meeting and exceeding sales objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years consultative SaaS sales, preferably in the HR field
- 5+ years’ experience focused on exclusively new business generation
- 5+ years’ experience growing and owning an enterprise territory
- Experience navigating a complex sales cycle through several buyers, influencers, and approvers
- Experience collaborating cross-departmentally with Solutions Engineers
