Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Strategic Accounts Sales Manager in El Segundo.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and coaching a sales team of about 4-6 senior reps
- Proactively identifying and launching initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence
- Monitoring and refining processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on the new business team
Skills and Requirements Include:

- 5+ years of experience managing high performing SaaS sales teams
