Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Strategic Accounts Sales Manager in El Segundo.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and coaching a sales team of about 4-6 senior reps
  • Proactively identifying and launching initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence
  • Monitoring and refining processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on the new business team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Having a love for teaching your team how to think differently and motivating them to continuously evolve in their sales career
  • Recognizing the importance of a quantitative approach to making decisions
  • Striving to elevate your team every day
  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing SaaS sales teams
  • 10+ years experience of selling/customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of new business best practices, cross sell, and account growth execution and pipeline building process
