Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Remote Strategic Alignment Program Manager in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

  • Drive multiple dependent activities centered around business process alignment
  • Track progress and performance in customer onboarding process
  • Define and refine the service offerings, solution design process, and onboarding process for new customers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, STEM or another field with applicable business experience
  • 3+ Years in a experience in a cross-functional and/or customer-oriented change role such as a consultant
  • Transformation/change management and/or acquisition integration projects
  • Able to manage complex projects and handle customer facing delivery projects
  • Direct management of project team as well as indirect management of organizational counterparts
