Qualifications for this position include:

• 10+ years professional experience in a quota carrying role with the majority of the experience
• 5+ years experience in a strategic alliances partnerships role \
• Experience in HR Technology required
• SaaS, B2B experience required
• Proven track record of establishing and growing a partnership program
• Experience managing a high performing strategic alliances team
