Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Strategic Analytic Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding the end to end operational experience for the retail segment members
  • Designing a data and reporting system that manages to that experience
  • Leading initiatives to analyze complex business problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or proven related experience
  • 8 or more years of technical leadership experience
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Experience facilitating a customer loyalty program
  • Familiarity in data architecture specifically in how data is collected, stored and integrated
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
